Stephen M. Chassee
Principal
Since 2007 Stephen has been an active member of the Illinois Association of School Business Officials (IASBO), and in 2013 was elected to serve on the Service Associate Advisory Committee (SAAC) for IASBO. In 2016, Steve was elected to serve as the Chairperson for the SAAC. In addition to IASBO, Steve is also an active member in Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB), the Illinois Associates of School Administrators (IASA) as well as the Suburban School Superintendents Association (SSSA). Before joining Green, Stephen served honorably for 8 years in the United States Marine Corps, and is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom II-2, and he brings that knowledge with him to Green and all of our clients. His anti-terrorism and safety and security expertise has helped numerous Districts prepare pragmatic Safety and Security plans. He also is a Veteran Advocate. He also assists our clients with their community engagement and referendum assistance needs, and provides them with the support necessary to run a successful referendum campaign. When not working, you will most likely find him outdoors with his two kids, fishing, hiking, skiing or he’s somewhere on or under the water. “Helping our clients provide learning environments to students, where they can feel safe and secure no matter what else is going on around them, is one of the most rewarding things we can do in schools. This allows them to learn at a high level, open their minds, and develop the skills needed to become lifelong learners”.
Andrew G. McCall
Principal, AIA, NCARB
Andrew is a graduate of The University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Architecture in Structures, a Licensed Architect in Illinois, holds Council Certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He has spent his entire architectural career creating pre-kindergarten through twelfth-grade educational environments. When not pursuing his life’s dream of being an Architect; you can most likely find Andrew in the garage or behind the wheel of one of his “toys”. As an avid collector of special edition Camaros; Andrew, along with his wife Katie and two sons may be either tinkering under the hood, applying a fresh coat of wax, or traveling across country to various Camaro themed car shows. Andrew also enjoys performing D.I.Y. projects around the house. “As an architect specializing in school design, nothing is more thrilling than taking an idea or a mental image and seeing it grow from initial sketches into a physical educational environment for young aspiring minds to learn and be prepared for their future.”
William H.R. Taylor
Associate Principal, AIA, CSI
Bill is a licensed architect having received his Bachelor of Architecture in Design from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and the Construction Specification Institute (CSI). Bill is a senior project architect with the firm; assigning team members, coordinating with consultants and communicating with clients throughout design and construction. Bill takes pride in having his projects completed on time and within budget. When he’s not busy cheering his Chicago Blackhawks to another Stanley Cup championship, Bill, a lifetime hockey enthusiast, puts on his pads and skates year round at his local park district rink. During college, Bill participated in the University’s year-long study abroad program in Versailles France, where he had the opportunity to travel extensively. While studying French and European architecture, he met his Swedish born wife Maria. Together they have two daughters. “Architecture is the synthesis of art and science. An architect must use his knowledge of the building sciences to provide aesthetically pleasing, cost effective solutions that satisfy the client’s program, are responsive to the environment, and withstand the test of time.”
